Founded by the Miorelli family in 1970, more than five decades have already passed and with this, five decades of offering hotel and accommodation has passed for Miorelli Hotels. The brand’s flagship hotel was also opened in 1970, Riva Del Garda and has been one of the proofs of the brand’s commitment in providing the best possible accommodations in Italy.

Antonio Miorelli was one of the geniuses behind the conceptualization of the Miorelli Hotels brand. He even spearheaded the management of the Residence Spiaggia during his time. Long before hotels were strategically built near the top tourist destinations or the best views in town, the Miorelli family already understood the importance of building their hotels near the best locations, in this case, near the magnificent Lake Garda. In fact, Lake Front Hotel Mirage, a 4-star property was opened in 1984 and was located at the shores of Lake Garda in Trentino to provide the best area close to outdoor activities available in the region such as hiking, windsurfing and climbing.

In 2001, Miorelli Hotels Group acquired Astoria Hotel which was later on expanded with the modern Congress Center. This hotel is now known as the Astoria Park Hotel Spa Resort, a 4-star superior hotel in Lake Garda.
