About Campanile Hotel Gézier-et-Fontenelay
Experience high quality lifestyle in the exquisite Campanile Hotel, a relaxing lounge bar, delectable cuisine, unlimited access to the Internet, and the finest bedding and duvet. Since the brand's inception in 1976, the Campanile hotels have put together a couple historical values: originality and conviviality. For more than 30 years, Campanile has indeed worked so hard and are reaping the best in budget hotels along with the new standards that are otherwise deemed as basic ones in this regard.
Nowadays, hotels are leaning more and more into the modern design of lifestyle and this is a good thing. From restaurants to modern yet relaxing rooms, Campanile never fails to revolutionize. One good example is the Campanile chain of hotels in Barcelona. They will devise a way to determine customers' satisfaction using a sensor by reading their facial expressions of emotion. Not only this is another turning point in terms of service, it is also a subject that clearly involves high-end technology by evaluating their customers emotions.
Thus paving the way to a more satisfying and rewarding business run by Campanile. Improving customer service is sometimes looked over by some management and this step has indeed the leverage to fix any underlying issues common in the hospitality industry.
