To create a community of restaurateurs and hoteliers that share common passion and values by creating remarkable experiences through intertwining of gastronomy with hospitable and charming lodgings. Les Collectionneurs has evolved since the chairmanship of 3-Michelin star awardee, Alain Ducasse. Les Collectionneurs have launched a loyalty program, which aims to encourage others to collect memories while immersing oneself in the experience of travelling, good food and scenic locations. From the first booking, the guest is given an orange card or collectionneur curieux and eventually changes with the highest degree wherein you are dubbed as experts or passiones. This orange card has been jokingly remarked as the new 'little black book' by Ducasse in one interview.
