About Jinjiang Inn Lougang
JinJiang Inn is a hospitality-based chain of hotel companies and a subsidiary of the Jinjiang Group, which has 650 000 rooms that range from full-service hotel and select service hotels. Originally operating for travelers in China, JinJiang Inn offers proximity to business hubs, affordable and comfortable rooms, and enhances the experience with additional amenities such as mini bar, 24-hour front desk and room service, and free Wi-Fi.
JinJiang Inn is headquartered in Shanghai, China, and is open to selling franchise licenses; as well as provides sales and marketing, management training, and technology for its franchise partners.
The first JinJiang Inn branch outside of China opened in the Philippines in 2015 and has opened another the following year. Hotel of Asia (later on acquired by DoubleDragon), the master holder of JinJiang Inn’s franchise, is committed to continuing JinJiang Inn’s goal of more market presence by seeking to open 15 more branches within the key areas in the country within 5 years. Double Dragon is soon to open the new JinJiang Inn branch in Boracay - a top tourist destination.
In 2016, the service hotels segment reported an increase in its revenue from US$167.0 million in 2015 to US$322.0 million, reflecting a growth of 93%.
