Roussillhotel was set up in 1982 and is a family-run hotel group that boasts a number of properties located mostly in the south of France. The group owns and operates nine hotels that range from two to five stars, as well as six apartment complexes, a spa, two Thalassotherapy centers, and even an international golf club. It also includes an estate agency, a commercial laundry, and an in-house marketing agency.

Roussillhotel also operates restaurants in the Pyrenees-Orientales region, including L’Almandin, L’Horizon, Le Lido, and Les Ganivelles among others.
