Acapulco Convention Center now Acapulco International Center was considered to be the most modern and functional in Latin America. It is located in Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico. It was designed by architect Pedro Moctezuma, and its construction was completed in nine months. The Center was inaugurated in 1973. The 1978 Miss Universe Beauty Pageant was held in the Center.
