About NH Hotels Chicureo
NH Hotels operate their hospitality business with the unwavering ambition of promoting responsible behavior, building shared value at a social, environmental and economic level in their hotel locations across the globe. The NH Hotel group also aims to offer positive and unforgettable experiences to their guests and employees; to be immensely active in the communities where we all thrive, while not taking the environment for granted. This vision allows NH Hotel to send their message: only the responsible and ethical means in the business principles that help them through the way they provide world-class service in the hospitality industry.
NH Hotel group makes it a point to engage in an active and results-driven discourse with their stakeholders through a variety of formats and channels to maintain and stay up-to-date to new issues and needs, and better respond to their customers’ feedbacks and opinions.
That being said, the work to conduct satisfaction surveys with employees and guests customers are mandatory, same with scheduling regular meetings and discussions with other stakeholders which include third-sector agents, employees, suppliers and shareholders. Add to the fact that social media is an effective tool in interacting with guests too. Maintaining customer satisfaction will always be paramount, and so is the need to innovate and provide the best hospitality NH Hotels can give.
