Fuzhou Changle International Airport – FOC
The capital city of Fujian Province, Fuzhou, China, has an international airport called Fuzhou Changle International Airport. It is situated near the Taiwan Strait in Changle district. FOC – Fuzhou airport replaced the previous civil and military airport, Fuzhou Yixu Airport. Singaporean architects were hired to design the whole airport in attempt to follow Singapore’s Changi International Airport.

The FOC-Fuzhou Changle International Airport is ranked 29th China’s busiest airport in terms of the number of passengers. It has a five-floored passenger terminal and one runway as of now. Expansion projects for a second terminal and another runway is currently on-going. VIP Lounges and First-Class Lounges, both for domestic and international flights, are found inside the airport. Daily domestic flights to and from Beijing, Shanghai, and Nanjing are serviced by Fuzhou Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, and Air China. On the other hand, international flights such as Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia are flown by Uni Airways, Cathay Dragon, and Malaysia Airlines, respectively. Xiamen Airlines, who uses the airport as a hub, fly through these and other domestic and international destinations too. Mawei and Changle are also accessible from the FOC.
