Mostly created to serve French and international clients, Magic Hotels Tunisia is considered as a “Ray of Sunshine” in the Tunisian Hotel industry.

Magic Hotels Tunisia has 12 properties located in Tunisia, all of which is located in the waterfront area, distributed in six of the top tourist destinations in Africa. Three properties are located in Hammamet that also features an Aqua Park onsite - Marmara Hammamet Beach, Splash Venus Beach and Holiday Village Manar, the flagship hotel of the Magic Hotels Tunisia brand.

Magic Hotels Tunisia started in 2006 with 3,000 beds in its three properties. The group started its massive growth in 2011 and began adding 25% to its accommodations. By 2015, Magic Hotels received a total of 65% occupancy rate and became one of the fast-growing hotel brands in the Tunisian hotel industry.
