Founded in 1957, the company is located in Yokkaichi City Mie Prefecture with operations across Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa. The company currently headed by Chairman and Director Kiyoshi Matsui has annual consolidated sales of ¥27.1 billion ($249.19b). It now employs 2,000 staffand plans to grow the number further as it expands its network nationwide. Green KK Hotel bills itself as the only mid-price hotel that successfully developed through the concerted efforts between global brands in over 7,000 hotels in 40 countries with the ‘Choice Hotels’ brand.
