About Atlantic Hotels Ortholz
Formed in 1999, Atlantic Hotels Group is a venture of Salim and Perry Molubhoy. This entrepreneurial team shared a unique but a common style between the brothers in managing a hospitality and service business. Such entrepreneurial move between the brothers made them one of the most successful creators of Atlantic Hotels, a unique and original hotel model.
A year after its conceptualization, Perry and Salim opened their very first hotel, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites off the Dallas Tollway in Plano, TX, a 79-room establishment. By the year 2006, the brothers designed a 1940’s inspired Hollywood-themed Holiday Inn Express, now located in Twin Creeks in Allen, Texas. The Intercontinental Hotel Group welcomed this unique hotel as one of the additions to the brands franchise. The Molubhoy brothers continued in adding more hotels into their roster of hotel chains, now focused on the contemporary designed accommodations. The hotel chain added more Atlantic Hotels on Texas, one in Irving and another in Dallas. These moves eventually pushed the brand to become one of the internationally renowned hotel brands.
At present, Atlantic Hotels Group, Ltd operates franchise licenses under the IHG and Marriott Hotel brands. What started in 2000 grew to a net worth of $100 million with an annual growth of 30-35% every year.
