San Agustin, San Bartolome de Tirajana: A Rejuvenating Sea Resort
San Agustín is a sea resort located in San Bartolomé de Tirajana, a village in the south-eastern part of Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, Spain. It was one of the first resorts to be developed in the area and at present, it is still a relatively modest resort community which is a splendid destination for those wanting to have a relaxed beach vacation.
Best Time to Visit
San Agustin enjoys pleasant weather for most of the year but the best time to visit for a beach holiday would be from October to July with January, February and October as the busiest months for tourism. If you find yourself in town in February, then you’re in for a fun time as the Almond Blossom Festival is held. You may need to book ahead though since this events falls within the peak season as prices for San Agustin ES hotels will be most expensive during this period.
