San Carlos: The Desert by the Sea

It is best to visit the town during summer of months May to July for anything related to the beach while it is best to visit during September or February to March for anything related to the mountain. However, if shrimp is your favorite seafood, then drop by the town during December when the locals host the annual Shrimp Festival.
