Son Servera: Home of Oldest Golf Resort in Mallorca
Son Servera, Spain is located at the northeast side of Mallorca which known to be as Llevant. This town started its existence in the 13th century and it was named after a legendary deer. Son Servera is known for its morning market and of course its golf course. The Son Servera Golf is considered to be the oldest golf course that was opened in the 60s. The town is within the proximity to Cala Millor, which is a long beach and Sa Punta de n’Amer which is a protected natural reserve. Son Servera is a bit secluded compared to its neighboring counterparts.
Best Time to Visit
Son Servera lies in the west of the Mediterranean Sea and it enjoys an average temperature. The summer months of July and August makes it is an ideal destination for various outdoor activities. The months of November and April are also ideal and see less crowd. Although, take note that there are little rain scattered in those months.
