The perfect time to visit Bad Wörishofen is during the months of May through September, for the best weather. Peak tourist season is usually during the months of February, August, and September. Tourists are least likely to visit in December. One of the most anticipated events in the area is Easter Well Festival, which is a tradition every Easter. On the weekend, the International Easter Egg Market features everything that has to do with eggs. An important highlight of the festival are the highly decorated Easter wells. Another event to look forward to is Augsburger Plarrer, which has 2 editions every year— one in spring, specifically in late April until early May; and another one in autumn, specifically in late August until early September. It features various entertainment activities and modern fairground rides.
