Banja Luka International Airport is a public airport under the management of Bosnia and Herzegovina Directorate of Civil Aviation. BNX Airport serves the areas of Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Srpska. It is located in the Mahovljani region of Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is the second largest airport in the country and within 11 miles from the railway station. The airport opened for civilian air traffic in November 1997 and served as the main hub of Air Srpska.

BNX - Banja Intl. Airport is 120 meters above sea level and features a single asphalt/concrete runway 2,500 meters in length.
