Opened in 2004, Chongqing Olympic Sports Center is a multi-purpose 58,600-seat sports stadium located in Chongging, China. The stadium is the home of Chinese Football Association, Chongqing Lifan F.C. Chongqing Olympic Sports Center was built to because of the China was chosen as the host of the AFC Asian Cup in 2004 that is equivalent to the Eueo Championships or the Africa Cup of Nation. Like many stadiums funded by the municipality, it was design to maximize the usage of the facilities for the use of many events of the town. In October of 2014, Chongqing Olympic Sports Center was the venue of The Elusive Chanteuse Show tour of the famous songwriter-singer Mariah Carey.
