Circleville: For Courageous Mountaineers
Formerly known as Zyrkleville, the unincorporated community of Circleville, West Virgnia sits in the County of Pendleton. The Potomac River also runs through it. Aside from the beautiful environment the town possesses, there are also a few sites and landmarks listed under the United States National Register of Historic Places. Many travelers who visit the town find the peace very soothing.
Best Time to Visit
Circleville, WV feels warm for half of the year and cold during the other half. Little to moderate rain is also pretty common throughout the year while little snow also occurs during winter season. Even though the months from June to September get the most rain, these are the recommended months to take a trip into town. Do note that there are many tourists during these times so Circleville WV hotels might come at a higher price. Spruce Knob Kite Festival is held annually every March.

Both of which offers hiking trails where you can reach the summit to witness an amazing view of the valley. In Pike Knob, there is also a Pike Knob Nature Reserve where you can see a diverse collection of local flora and fauna.
