The Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico and the current hub operate the airport for the Aereo Servicio Guerrero Airlines. The airport mainly serves domestic flights from the region but it also caters international flights to the United States of America, mainly to the city of Phoenix. HMO Airport is the primary alternate airport for flights headed to the Tijuana International Airport.
