Leeds Bradford Airport- LBA-Leeds Bradford
Leeds Bradford Airport is located in Yeadon, Leeds, England. Also known as Yeadon Airport, it was originally called Leeds and Bradford Municipal Aerodrome during its opening in October 1931. It is the largest airport in the Yorkshire region. LBA-Leeds Bradford became a significant airport during World War II for military aircraft test flying. Additional runways, extra hangarage and taxiways were also to the airport during this period.

There is only one terminal in Leeds Bradford Airport and services flights from Eastern Airways, Air Malta, Austrian Arrows, Jet2 and First Choice to name a few. In 2017, LBA saw a record high of over 4 million passengers through the airport. August is the busiest month in the terminal with over 500,000 passengers flying through. Nearest cities you can visit from the airport includes Cundall, Dalby, Dunnington and Bilbrough.
