Best Time to Visit
Legnano, Italy, as perched atop a hill, has a prevailing continental climate. Summers, although hot, also tend to be rainy. On the other hand, winters are chilly and light rainfalls and rare snowfalls are experienced. It is most recommended to visit the town during the warmest months of June to September. But like majority of European destinations, there is a crazy load of tourists coming during these months and Legnano hotels are not cheap.
What to Do & Area Attractions
Palace Hotel Legnano, Welcome Hotel Legnano, and Hotel Montecarlo are your best bets when booking Legnano hotels. They all offer airport transfer services.
The close proximity of Legnano to other major Italian cities including Milan has given it an advantage on becoming a tourist destination. You will easily access Mirasole Abbey – only one of the many monasteries you will find in the neighboring Milan. Museum of Textiles and Industry, on the other hand, is an interesting museum located at Busto Arsizio. But the nearest attraction within the town is the spacious and historical Castle Park Legnano where you can enjoy long walks and even picnics.
