Nacula Island: The Paradise Island of the Pacific Ocean
Nacula Island, Fiji is a hilly, volcanic island in the province of Ba, Fiji. Nacula boasts their crystal clear, turquoise blue lagoon and snorkeling and diving sites. This gorgeous place is inhabited by a multinational population and has a unique and rich tradition which is reflected in their holidays and festivals. To get into the island, it has to be routed from Nadi Airport before heading to Yasawa Island. The rest should be taken care of by the boat called the Yasawa Flyer.
Best Time to Visit
The ideal weather for a perfect summer getaway would be around April to September, but festivity-wise, it's better to travel in the middle of October for the Fiji Day. It is a celebration based on two events: the renouncing of King Takombau from the throne and gaining independence from the British colony. This annual event showcased religious and cultural diversities and visited by Fijian politicians and artists. During peak seasons, Nacula Island hotels and accommodations tend to be expensive.
What to Do & Area Attractions
Nacula Island is world-renowned for its splendid sea attraction. Nacula Island is preserved and traditional up to this date as there are few roads, shops, and restaurants developed on the island. The Yasawas Island Resort-All Inclusive and the cozy Coralview Island Resort are good options, which provides meal choices, 24-hour power, hot shower, and air-conditioned rooms. Perhaps the main attraction of Nacula Island is the infamous Blue Lagoon Beach and the Yasawa Group of Islands where everyone can do island hopping and other water activities, such as diving and snorkeling.
