The Mostar International Airport is located in Ortijes, a small village within the city of Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Within less than 5 miles from the terminals are the well-connected links of the Mostar railway station. The public airport has an IATA code of OMO, and is owned by both Zagreb Airport and the City of Mostar. The OMO Mostar Airport first opened its doors purely for domestic trips involving passenger and military aircrafts in 1965.
