The quaint city of Sebring, FL is located in Highlands County. It has been nicknamed ‘The City on the Circle’ which is a reference to Sebring Downtown Historic District’s Circle Drive. Famously, it is the home of the Sebring International Raceway which hosted the first Formula One Grand Prix in the United States.
