Ted Constant Convocation Center is a multi-purpose facility of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia that contributes to the city’s reputation of being among the leading live entertainment destinations in the state. It is a premier venue that hosts top-notch performances and games for the whole year, as well as a number of concerts.
