Located on the northeastern region of the state, Woodstock, Connecticut is known as the "Quiet Corner" characterized by a rural, historic community with a background in agriculture. Woodstock, Connecticut is home to the Roseland Cottage, built in 1846 featuring Gothic Revival style. Nipmuck State Forest offers 9,000 acres of forest lands, with hiking trails, snowmobiling trails, and fishing and camping opportunities.
