The Four Seasons Centre, also known as the ‘Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts’, is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It can seat more than 2,000 people, and it stands across from Osgoode Hall. The theatre is the home of the Canadian Opera Company (COC) as well as of the National Ballet of Canada. The modernist design that the building is known for was done by the architectural firm of ‘Diamond and Schmitt Architects’. Indoors, it features a unique glass staircase. The design team was led by Jack Diamond, and the building was completed in June 2006. The land that the Four Seasons Centre stands on was a donation by the Government of Ontario.
