St. Louis Lambert International Airport is known as the largest and busiest airport in the US state of Missouri. It is the primary airport in the St. Louis area and serves as a metropolitan commercial airport. Its airport code, SUS, stands for the airport’s city name location which is St. Louis, Missouri. During 1920, the field which the airport is located was called Lambert St. Louis Flying Field. In 1930, it was officially named Lambert-St. Louis Municipal Airport.
