The Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is classified as Class C airport located in Austin, Texas. It is located in the downtown area of Austin with two runways and helipads. AUS airport is also where the Bergstrom Air Force Base is located. The airport got its name from Captain John August Earl Bergstrom. He is an officer during the war.
