Bursa Airport - BTZ
The Bursa Airport is a public-use airport found in the city of Bursa, Turkey. Itis under the rule of the province of Bursa, a coastal region in the East Marmara. Bursa Airport is recognized internationally using the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) location identifier of LTBE and International Air Transport Association (IATA) location identifier of BTZ.

The aerodrome stands at an altitude of 312 feet above the mean sea level. There are a handful of towns around the airfield thatcan be easily reached via car, one of which is the town of Iznik. This administrative district lies near Lake Iznik and houses several historical monuments from the Ottoman period, namely HacıÖzbek Mosque, NilüferHatun Soup Kitchen, and SüleymanPasa Madrasa. Another lakefront town near Bursa Airport is Gölyazı, which is popularly known for its Stork Festival. The city was built by the Ancient Greeks near the shores of Lake Uluabat.
