The H.R. MacMillan Space Centre is an astronomy museum that was founded in 1968 in Vancouver, British Columbia, in Canada. The inside of the building consists of live demonstrations in the Ground Station about science, including game exhibits in the Cosmic, and there are shows in the Planetarium about Astronomy. This space center is one of the most visited attractions in Vancouver. It was named after a British Philanthropist and industrialist, H.R. MacMillan. Architect Gerald Hamilton designed the building in the year the 1960s to house the Centennial Museum. As part of the redesign pre-construction, the planetarium was added.
